Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Please allow 7-14 Days for shipping. Holidays can take up to 20 days. Shipping is through Express Mail Service (EMS) then USPS flat rate. Ships direct from the factory new in the box, so you never get any used/open/broken merchandise.
Q: I never received my order, what shall I do now?
If your order is past the estimated delivery date and you have not received it, please contact Customer service.
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your family members or neighbors. Packages are occasionally left with a building manager, or placed somewhere safe such as your porch, garage.
The parcel is sent by STANDARD FLAT SHIPPING by EMS you should pay attention on your mail box because the mail service may leave a notice for you to claim the parcel from your local postal office.
If we determine that your shipment is outside of our estimated delivery time frame, we will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier in order to locate it. Please allow up to 20 business days for the trace to be completed once you alert us of the issue. If the package can be located, it will be delivered to you. If the shipper is not able to locate the original shipment, we will either send a replacement, or issue a refund. As soon as the trace is complete, we will send you a notification via email.
Q: Why are these DVDs so inexpensive?
A: We do not sell bootlegs, copies, unauthorized material or pirated DVDs. Our DVDs are officially authorized international releases. These DVDs are the same as the U.S. released versions, the same high quality DVD'S.
There is only a slight difference with the packaging and may contain Asian and English writing. They are region free or region 1 which is original English audio and NTSC/PAL format compatible, which means they will play on all region coded DVD players.
Q: Will these DVD's play in English and are they Guaranteed to Play in all USA and Canadian DVD Players?
A: These DVD's play in English and are Guaranteed to Play in all USA DVD Players. ALL DISKS ARE EASILY USED WITH ENGLISH NUMBERS ON the BOXES AND DISKS. They will also play in any other Region 1 NTSC DVD Player. Although the sets are foreign manufactured, the sets are brand new, licensed, legal, factory made high quality DVD's. We do not tolerate or sell pirated or bootleg versions.
Q: What is PAL, SECAM and NTSC?
A: NTSC (National Television Standards Committee) is a standard used in North America and Japan. It has the ability to display up to 525 lines of resolution. PAL (Phase Alternating Line), a standard used almost everywhere else in the world, has the ability to display 625 lines of resolution. SECAM (Sequential Color Memory) is used sparingly around the world and can be found in France, parts of Greece, Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa and a few other parts of the world. However, any SECAM country can display PAL tapes in full color, but not all PAL countries can display all SECAM tapes in color. Only if they are true SECAM and not MESECAM can those VCR's display SECAM.
Q: What video standard does my country use?
A: If you're in North America, Japan, Korea, the Philippines and parts of South America, you use NTSC. Most other areas of the world use PAL or SECAM. Half of Brazil uses NTSC while the other half uses PAL-M. Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay use PAL-N. The rest of the world uses mainly PAL. If you're unsure what your video standard is, contact your local cable or broadcast company. Also, on the back of most video tapes is indicate what video standard the tape is. This is a good representation of what your video standard is.
Q: Do you have a minimum purchase requirement?

A: Orders are processed via Paypal. All of your payment information is kept confidential and will be sent over a totally secure connection.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We gladly accept Visa & Mastercard,Amex. Your items will not be shipped until payment is complete.
Q: Why do the DVDs I just bought skip and jump?
A: Older DVD players may experience skipping or freezing while playing some of the discs. Newer DVD players have the latest firmware and laser pickups hardware that DO NOT suffer from the freezing and skipping issues that plagued some of the older models.
Q: Do you carry the newest releases?
A: Nomydvdnews.com is a wholesale company dealing in discounted opportunities only. All newest releases must be purchased through the studio distributors directly.
Q: Do I need to open an account to order from your site?
A: No. You can simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to the shopping cart and checkout. You will create an account during checkout, which you can use the next time you order. It will remember your billing and shipping details for easy checkouts in the future.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: YES. We currently ship to the USA, Canada and many international locations. Estimated shipping costs can be calculated from the shopping cart.
Q: What is your shipping policy?

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We replace all damaged goods free of charge. Non Damaged items can be returned, in the original new/sealed condition, within 45 days of purchase at the buyer's expense for a refund of item cost minus a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refunded. For DVD pre-pack assortments, we must receive the entire lot back for a refund, you may NOT keep the ones you like and return the rest. There are no returns on Clearance Items. There are no returns on international orders. Refunds can take up to 30 days to post.

Oversea release is the release outside of USA. Oversea release could be USA studios release their product in the oversea market, or foreign studios release in the local market. For same title, the difference between oversea release and USA release are:
1. The packaging is usually different, and may have small foreign writing on the cover or discs.
2. Extra subtitles may be added for other languages. (These can be turned off using your DVD player.)
3. Extra audio may be added. (Again, this can be turned off using your DVD player.)
4. Special or bonus features may be different.
5. As you can see, our prices are much lower!
